Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not
shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a
high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Customized orders may take longer. Please contact us to confirm the
delivery time before your order.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will
be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you

page. We have added the actual shipping cost in the product price and
you will see that all products are free shipping. The shipping charges
will also be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If you need expedited delivery, please contact us at
support@HuntingDoor.com. We will calculate the extra shipping cost to
pay for expedited delivery.
The default shipping carrier is Postal Service, and you can choose to
pay extra cost for expedited shipping like Federal Express (FedEx) or
United Parcel Service (UPS). Please contact us to get a quote of
expedited shipping cost before placing your order.
The delivery time is 25-40 days. The 1-piece traditional bows will
take 25-35 days to arrive, and other items will take 30-40 days to
arrive. You can find the delivery time on each product detail page.
Please note that the delivery time may be sometimes extended due to
unpredictable events like COVID-19.
Please provide your best contact phone number when placing your
order, and make sure your phone is reachable when the shipping company
contacts you. In case the shipping company could not reach you, you have
to contact the shipping company for re-delivery or self-pickup from
your local shipping company.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your
tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will
be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order
shipped to United Kingdom if the order value is less than GBP135. You
will be responsible for the customs and taxes if the order value exceeds
GBP135. You will also be responsible for the customs and taxes if you
want the items to be shipped to other countries.
Defective, Damages and Lost
We are liable for any products defective, damaged or lost during
shipping. If you received your order damaged, please take some pictures
and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number. If
the product is defective, we will send you a part replacement, a partial
or full refund. If the product is damaged or lost, we will send you a
new package for free.
